Introduction

Sleep is often taken for granted. The average human sleeps around 6-8 hours per night, making sleep one third the day, hence, we spend one third of our life sleeping.

This course encompasses sleep pathophysiology, sleep breathing, airflow dynamics, upper airway evaluation, PALM scales, sleep diagnostics, nasal airway pathologies, various palate phenotypes, extensive palate surgeries, tongue reduction, ablative and stimulative techniques. Robotic tongue surgery is also included.
